Home nursing care
Medical nursing on prescription (Form 12, Muster 12): wound care, injections, medication, compression, catheter and stoma care, monitoring of vital signs.

Occupational therapy, physiotherapy & speech therapy
Therapy on prescription (Form 13, Muster 13), all specialties from geriatrics to paediatrics: KG-ZNS, PNF, MLD, MT as well as voice, speech, language and swallowing therapy – home visits where noted on the prescription.

- By fax to the numbers above – the fastest way for practices.
- In person or by post to Schützenstraße 150, 44147 Dortmund.
Please do not send prescriptions or medical reports by unencrypted email.
