Send it to us in advance – then everything will be ready for your first appointment.
Need a home visit?
Home visits are arranged by phone: 0231 58 69 26 00. The home visit must be noted on the prescription.
Cancellations
Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance so that we can offer them to someone else.
